Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Ms Aroos, finding a service or Unit, visiting the centre, and how booking works.
Where is Ms Aroos?
Our full address, opening hours, and a map placeholder are on the Visit Ms Aroos page. This FAQ just gives the short version.
What are the general centre opening hours?
The centre is generally open seven days a week, with shorter hours at weekends and on bank holidays. See Visit Ms Aroos for the current general hours.
Are the Units independent?
Yes. Ms Aroos manages the centre, the public website, shared spaces, and general visitor information. Units are independent businesses responsible for their own services, service information, appointment availability, customer communication, and day-to-day service delivery.
How do I find a service or Unit?
Use Find Your Service — choose a category, then a service, and you'll see the independent Units that offer it so you can compare them before deciding.
Is booking available in my language?
Our public pages — like Find Your Service and this FAQ — can be read in your own language. The booking flow itself is always in English, at a single /book page.
Why is booking in English?
Keeping booking, confirmations, and reminders in one language keeps appointment details clear and consistent for every customer and every Unit.
What is the difference between instant and request?
Some Units confirm bookings instantly; others work by request, where the Unit reviews and confirms shortly after you submit.
Can I contact a Unit directly?
Some Units take online bookings, while others use "Enquire Now" or "Contact Directly" instead. The Unit's page always shows which option applies to that Unit.
Do Units have their own opening hours?
Yes — individual Units may keep their own hours, which can differ from the centre's general opening hours. Check each Unit's own page for its hours.
How are customer reviews handled?
Every Unit starts with a baseline 5-star rating so all Units begin fairly. Genuine reviews only count toward that rating if they're tied to a real, completed booking.
How do I contact the centre for general questions?
General contact details are on the Visit Ms Aroos page. For questions about a specific service, the Unit's own page is usually the fastest place to start.
